    Diagnosis: Intracystic papillary carcinoma

  • Features:

    • Very difficult case
    • Predominantly 'solid' pattern with very few papillary areas
    • Absence of a CK 5/6-positive population around the periphery of intracystic papillary carcinomas is a common finding
